PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTORS

Does an active, hands-on career helping home buyers make sure they are making a good investment sound fulfilling to you?

Many people think about becoming a home inspector, but few realize the hard work, dedication, and training that is involved. If you are willing to put in the work and the dedication it can be a very fulfilling career. If you are the right person, have a teachable mindset, and fit well into our company culture, we can teach you the skills and knowledge to make you a great home inspector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Great people and communication skills are essential.

  • Must be able to verbally deliver information in a calm and non-alarming style.

  • Must be proficient in typing and writing skills.

  • Must have a great attention to detail.

  • Must be proficient with iPhones, Android devices, and basic computer skills.

  • Must be physically able to climb ladders and fit in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.).

  • Monday - Friday work schedule, with occasional Saturdays.

  • Must have a reliable vehicle to drive to job sites (preferably something with 4 wheel drive for snowy days).

  • Must have a valid State Drivers License.

CLIENT CARE SPECIALISTS

Are you a happy, friendly and enjoy talking with and helping people? Do you have the gift of organization? Do you juggle tasks well, even when interrupted frequently? 

 

Our Client Care Specialists answer our incoming calls, schedule customer jobs, assist in growth related tasks, make outbound customer service calls, assist in minor growth/sales related activities, and perform a variety of other office related tasks.

 

Our goal is to constantly create amazing first impressions and insure our clients and Realtors have the best possible customer experience with every interaction. They will have a genuine desire to be a team player, take pride in the quality of their work, have the ability to solve problems, and will constantly be attentive to details. 

 

This is currently a work-from-home position, with full-time or part-time options. There will be occasional travel to Eagle Mountain, UT for training and meetings.   

Skills Needed

  • Great people and communication skills are essential.

  • Must be client-focused and have a strong sense of customer service.

  • Must have the ability to be confident on the phone and have strong telephone skills.

  • Must be able to close low-pressure upsales and potential appointments over the phone.

  • Must have a great attention to detail.

  • Must have excellent handwriting and typing skills.

  • Must be willing and able to learn and utilize new software. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook.

  • Must have a quiet office space at home to work from, free of distractions.

  • Must have a reliable computer with duel screens.

  • Must have high speed internet in your office space.

GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Are you an excellent verbal communicator and connects well with others?

 

Do you have a take it and run with it mentality?

As a Growth & Development Representative, you will seek out and build relationships with real estate professionals in your target market area. You will be responsible for selling the benefits of hiring an inspector with BTS through small and large group presentations, social events, and one-on-one business discussions/meet-ups. You will use the latest technology and social media methods to build your professional brand. 

You'll leverage your sales and closing skills to build and strengthen relationships and build customer loyalty year after year by creating partnerships that last through the ups and downs of the real estate market. Purposeful prospecting with outbound calls and personal meetings will drive the business growth most effectively. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound calls and follow up are expected.

  • Strong ability to network, ask for referrals and build professional relationships quickly.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Travel via your own reliable vehicle in your market area will be required regularly to maintain monthly and annual quotas. A vehicle allowance is provided.

  • Strong ability to close all facets of the sales process.

  • Face to face distribution of company marketing materials to real estate professionals/offices in your assigned territory. 

  • Attend network functions.

  • Work hours may vary depending upon the needs of the customers.

Qualifications

  • Past successful direct sales experience as a top producer in a previous/current position.

  • Excellent phone skills for outbound calls and continued follow up.

  • Computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Knowledge of various CRM software platforms is a plus. 

  • Social Media awareness.

  • Valid State Driver's License.
