Behind The Scenes Home Inspections was established in 2004 by Troy and Melanie Gailey. As co-founders of the company Troy and Melanie both share a deep commitment to our core founding business principles of honesty, integrity, and the desire to provide an unbeatable customer experience to those in need of our services. Even after helping thousands of clients over the years, we still treat each client like our first, and each inspection like it's our own mother buying the home. As the team has grown over the years, we strictly only employ those people that share those core values. Our employees share that same motivation to provide an unbeatable customer experience. Today our growing team of highly trained, talented, and passionate inspection and customer service professionals work together to meet our company mission.

Troy has a background as a Home Inspector since 2004. He is a licenced and InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. He also has backgrounds in electrical repair and a history in customer service and management. He has always had an ability to learn quickly, fix about anything broken, and has a jack-of-all trades skill set. His perfectionist type personality and attention to detail has allowed him to excel in the home inspection industry and in training other team members.
Troy enjoys the outdoors, camping, mountain biking, trail building, hiking, golfing (and about anything else outdoors you can imagine outdoors) and traveling along side his wife Melanie and 3 boys.

Kris is a licensed and InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector, as well as successful graduate of our own rigorous inspector training program. He has a background in construction project management, requiring him to be very detailed and precise in overseeing various construction projects to ensure things were build correctly and in a timely manner. This background makes him the perfect fit to be a home inspector and he has a very keen eye for detail.
He is the father of 3 kids and also loves spending time with his wife and family in the great outdoors. His knowledge and skill set makes him a great addition to our home inspection team.

He has a long background in the floor and tile industry, allowing him to be very familiar with construction standards and the sub-surface layers of a home. He loves taking great detail and pride in his work. This background also makes him the perfect fit to be a home inspector and his attention to detail has been incredible.

JayCee has a background in Project Management and Customer Care
JayCee enjoys spending time outdoors going camping, hiking or playing sports with her fiancé and her favor! She also enjoys creating various art pieces including paintings, photographs, dream catchers and carved candles. She is a very avid reader and enjoys learning new subjects.
